while running archive wide piuparts tests your package failed on install with
the following error:

torrus-apache2
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
seems like you need a dependency on apache2.2-common:
postinst:
/usr/sbin/apache2ctl configtest > /dev/null 2>&1 || exit 4
