Hi! I was just checking, and got this package to build with the following changes:
1. Build-Depend on java-gcj-compat-dev instead of Kaffe, and set JAVA_HOME to /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj 2. Bump all target target and source Java versions in build.xml to 1.3. Since that may not be what you want, I am not tagging this as a patch. HTH.
