Sorry for the time to answer, I tested again today and I have the same problem: with tcl/tk 8.4.16-1 installed, if I launch amsn in console, I get a segmentation fault just at connection. As Arthur suggested, I tried to run it with strace: just before segfault, I get 3 messages "EAGAIN (Resource temporarily unavailable)" if it can help you. Downgrading to 8.4.15-2 I do not have problem. Regards.
