Hi,
While attempting to package a program I've noticed this package's version is
old and more and more programs require the 1.4.x version of the library.
There's also a security-related bug report which is almost one year old (fixed
by a NMU from the security team).
Because of these reasons I think this package should be orphaned.
If you agree that it should be orphaned, sending the following commands
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] should do it (after replacing nnnnnn with
this bug's number):
severity nnnnnn normal
reassign nnnnnn wnpp
retitle nnnnnn O: <packagename> -- <short package description>

I'm looking forward the new 1.4.x version so I can package a program.
