Hi Sam, > both radiance and rcalc ship `/usr/bin/rcalc', but do neither conflict, nor > add a diversion, thus fail to be installed in the same environment:
my suggestions to solve this problem: * I rename rcalc to recalc and mention the change in README.Debian and patch all manpages to reflect the new name. rcals is one of those tools which is used everywhere within radiance and therefore a name change would also mean to rewrite a lot of definitions and rendering scripts. * you rename rcalc's binary to grcalc. Probably the better solution towards the users of radiance, not sure what your users think about that, though (if you prefer this way to solve the problem, I can prepare a patch for you, or organize a NMU - I guess you have more important things to do for Debian). What's your opinion? Cheers, Bernd -- Bernd Zeimetz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <http://bzed.de/> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
