On the TeXmacs side of things, the problam can rather easily be
circumvented with a rebuild and a dependency on guile-1.8-libs >=
1.8.2+1-2 and a build-depends on guile >= 1.8.2+1-2 .

It is a "bad solution" in the long-term, but it is an immediate action
that will put back a working TeXmacs in Debian.
