This is part of the binary independent target, which recently
switched partially from bcc+bin86 to gcc+binutils to generate the
new bios images. So now the arch:all packages have to be built on
i386. I can add an error message in the rules file, so that it'd be
easier to spot, but I'm not going to change the bochsbios package from
arch:all to arch:i386.
