According to a chat on #debian-x:
10:03:33 < lucas> ok, and what about:
10:03:34 < lucas> /usr/include/xorg/miscstruct.h:54:20: error: pixman.h: No
                  such file or directory
10:04:07 < lucas> in
http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2007/09/17/wacom-tools_0.7.7.11-1_sid32.buildlog
10:05:08 < lucas> the other affected package is xfree86-driver-synaptics
10:05:26 < jcristau> that's a bug in wacom-tools, it should be using pkg-config
                     --cflags xorg-server to get -I/usr/include/pixman-1

The full build log is available from
http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2007/09/17

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at
http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute!

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot containing a sid i386
environment. Internet was not accessible from the build systems.

 wacom-tools (0.7.9.3-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release, includes support for XOrg 7.3/1.4
     Closes: #442424, #443032
   * Don't overrun padkey_codes[] when iterating through it. Closes: #447681
   * Move the wacom(4) man page to the xserver-xorg-input-wacom package.
     Closes: #440164
   * Include the new text and translations courtesy of the Smith Review.
With a big thanks to everyone who contributed to that!
     Closes: #443956, #444562, #444672, #444762, #445024, #445519, #445796

   * Tidy the debian/copyright file.  Closes: #451647
   * Add Provides: xserver-xorg-input-2 so the next X ABI transition will be
a bit less painful for people.
   * Update the udev rules for new tablets. Lower-case the product ids since
udev appears to be case sensitive doing string compares for hex values.
     Nice one guys.
   * Add a build-dep for pkg-config, it appears to have infected XOrg now too.
