This is now fixed since binary-only upload 2.1-1+b1. I could close this but generally only submitter and package maintainers are allowed to close bugs. Bugs like this happen every time OpenOffice is updated to new upstream version: openoffice.org-voikko needs to be recompiled. Usually no other changes are needed so user can recompile the openoffice.org-voikko package himself/herself. There is an explanation about this in the file /usr/share/doc/openoffice.org-voikko/README.Debian Though it may be difficult to read the file if the package won't install. :) Of course maintainer Timo Jyrinki knows all this.
