Package: ghostscript
Version: 8.61.dfsg.1-1
Severity: serious
If I view a .ps file with KDE's kghostview, this fails with the
following error message:
Unknown device: x11
Unrecoverable error: undefined in .uninstallpagedevice
Operand stack:
defaultdevice
Looking at the configuration of kghostview, it passes: -sDEVICE=x11.
However, when I do a 'gs -h', x11 is no longer listed as an output
device, while the commands it replaces must have supported this, so this
looks like a serious backwards compatibility issue.
