Not sure of grave is correct here, but it causes an FTBFS. Adjust the
severity if necessary.

The build of apbs fails on arm because of undefined references in
libmaloc.so.1.0.0. Quoting the build log:

/usr/lib/libmaloc.so: undefined reference to `readline'
/usr/lib/libmaloc.so: undefined reference to `add_history'
/usr/lib/libmaloc.so: undefined reference to `rl_bind_key'

Seems it must be linked with libreadline on arm (just a guess).
