It seems you changed from a arch any packages to one that lists all the arches, but removed all the 64 bit arches. I can't see a good reason why you did that. I'm guessing that this is related to ppmd failing to build on those arches (#370419)? That's not a reason to restrict the architectures in your package. However, that can be a good reason to get added to Packages-Arch-Specific. Note that version 1.0.6-1 in available in unstable on those arches.
