The build-depency is:
libusbhid-dev [kfreebsd-i386 kfreebsd-amd64]
It only concerns kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64, so it should not
block migration to testing. Note also that this build-dependency is
there for a long time and hasn't caused any migration problem until now.
