Are you sure to have g++ installed on your system ? (Don't use g++-4.2, just install g++)

Yes but...

g++ is already the newest version.
g++ set to manually installed.

Strange, I haven't installed any diversion of g++ or any gcc binary. And indeed "dpkg-divert --list" confirms it.

Before submitting the bug, I checked the gcc version and verified it was 4.1. But you teach me deluge uses C++ code.

$ ls -l /usr/bin/g++
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 2008-02-08 09:42 /usr/bin/g++ -> g++-4.2

I restored the link to g++-4.1. I wasn't sure how to do it, since it's neither a diversion nor an alternative, so I just overwrote the symbolic link.

So the bug becomes "deluge FTB with g++ 4.2" and is only relevant for the transition to GCC 4.2 (if any has started in Sid).

Sorry for the noise and thank you for your reactivity.
