/usr/lib/pkgconfig/xcb-icccm.pc reads: ... Requires: xcb xcb-atom xcb-property ... But libxcb-icccm0-dev has no dependency neither on libxcb-property0-dev, nor libxcb-atom0-dev nor libxcb1-dev.
