The latter isn’t as easy as I thought: 2.45 uses a couple of functions
in libavcodec now deprecated and replaced by functions in libswscale,
which explains why fixing 2.46 was as simple as adding a dependency. I
could try and backport the upstream modifications in 2.45, but I think
that just waiting for 2.46 to be ready (i.e. once ftgl is) would be a
safer bet.

Feel free to drop blender from lenny if that helps ffmpeg-free’s
migration to testing. People are likely to use experimental’s version
anyway.
