Hello,
As a part of transition t1lib 1.3 -> 5.x please rebuild your package using
libt1-dev instead t1lib-dev.
The t1lib 1.3.x is an old, upstream unsupported version and it will be
scheduled for remove after sarge release.
Cheers
Artur
