No need to investigate further, it can be easily fixed by handling the installation of the apidocs as another kde-modules do (modules that do not FTBFS obviuosly). Still I do wonder how this path including a 4 is created in your sbuild :? > kdegames fails in the exact same way. Can be fixed in the same way. I will fix kdepim because I need to address another grave problems in that package, but unless i need to do another upload for kdegames to fix something else I would rather skip an upload, I do not consider this a serious bug.
