msmtp-mta provides mail-transport-agent, but doesn't ship a newaliases
command as required by Policy 11.6: "All MTA packages must come with a
newaliases program, even if it does nothing". It also doesn't provide a
/usr/lib/sendmail symlink, which would be convenient for those of us who
have to live on non-FHS systems on occasion (and which is how I noticed
this in the first place).
(To be honest, I don't really care that much about the bug, but I'm
filing it at severity serious because the release team's list [1] says
that's what it is.)
