You are unable to install gimp because the i386 package isn't available
right now.
If you wait some time to have it built and uploaded, you will be able to
update to the new version without any problems.
I am closing this bug, since it's really not a bug. The package is just
temporarily unavailable for i386, but this will be corrected soon.
