For the binary package: yes. For the source package I agree it would work with newer versions too, but, as said above, with a different result, i. e. with inapropriate dependencies in the binary package (mind the ugly shlibs.local file). That's why I decided to do it this way. Regarding the shlibs.local file: This should go away some time in the future. As soon as the kmymoney plugin API has stabilisized (i.e. no strict versions needed for every patchlevel upstream update) I will trust the kmymoney2 maintainers to handle a shlibs file correctly in the kmymoney2 package. (No offense intended, I just made the observation that I'm following upstream development more tightly than the kmymoney2 maintainers).
