Well, The problem is that the license change occurred after some releases, so there are many additional functions and bug fixes between the 2 versions. I had to update the file, since "downgrading" the LGPL one is fairly difficult (and not really useful). As said before, a plain diff is not easy to extract - and not really relevant. If updating the file is not possible (due to the changes), it is possible to remove the lib/phpcas directory without affecting too much the application (the only lost feature would be SSO login using CAS), but removing a feature is not really something we want between 2 stable upgrades, I guess ..
