Comments/Problems:

This might be the same as in ##509178.

Booting a Sun Fire V880 fails really early. See the attached log for 
details.

Since Gentoo 2008.0 kernel boots without any problems, it's very likely 
a broken sparc kernel in the installation image.

Also no luck with today's (2008-12-19) daily image mini.iso.
