Nope, it shouldn't, and it isn't. Please check which versions of the 'miro' and 'miro-data' packages you have, both should be 2.0-1. My only guess is that somehow you got different versions of 'miro' and 'miro-data', but I have no idea how that could happen. 'miro' depends on 'miro-data (>= 2.0-1)' so 'apt-get install miro' should work just fine.
