It seems CEGUI as of version 0.3.0 has no longer any documentation shipped with the Linux tarballs. Currently the documentation can only be found from the win32 zip available from: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/crayzedsgui/cegui_mk2-0.3.0-win32.zip?download.
