Yes, d-shlibs maintains list of packages which don't conform to the
assumption that package name == shared library name under the
assumption that such packages are minority and exception.

d-shlibs needs to get libgio -> libglib, and libpango{ft2,xft,x,cairo}
-> libpango mappings.
