I think our users would better be served by breaking in testing than
removing in testing. Zephyr has several rdeps including barnowl, owl
and I think parts of cyrus. They are entirely usable without the
zephyr functionality and are even installable because libzephyr3 (but
not libzephyr3-krb) will be installable after libkrb53 goes away. If
you do decide to remove zephyr it will not be the end of the world,
just let me know so I can upload a barnowl that does not depend on it.
