Regarding: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=317283 I have installed the stated versions of Evolution and libgnomecanvas* and Evolution does not crash. I suspect that this bug was due to the unfulfilled GNOME transition and was fixed when the transition was over. If any of those that contributed the the bug is still experiencing the crash, with the latest versions in unstable, would you please say so, and submit the outputs of `reportbug --template evolution`?
