Justification: breaks the whole system
When use serial console for kernel appending console=ttyS0,115200n8 to
kernel command line system boots but stops booting after starting bootlogd.
Bootlogd prints some unknown characters to console and system stops.
Ctrl-C breaks bootlogd and system boots again. Solution is disable bootlogd
when use serial console.

I tested bootlogd and serial console in qemu just now with version
2.86.ds1-66 of sysvinit-utils, and it worked for me. Because of this,
I assume the problem is fixed and close tihs bug. If you are still
able to reproduce the problem with version 2.86.ds1-66, please reopen
with more information on how to reproduce it.
