This does not affect the usability of the package, but it is annoying to
have these files under /emul. Probably these are used for building i386
packages, but a better location should be selected.

Tests have shown that Breaks + Conflicts are enough to ensure the
preinst of libc-i386 is run first, so there is no need of Pre-Depends on
the fakeroot side. Closing the bugs.
