Hello,
mpich is missing a build-dependency on tk8.4, which makes the upshot
viewer not be available in the mpich-bin package for architectures
other than i386 (presumably, the maintainer has Tk installed).
This does not cause a FTBFS because the build-system is braindam^W
gracious enough to cope.
