Package: libextractor
Version: 0.4.2-3
Severity: serious
Justification: FTBFS

Hi Daniel,

The latest version of libextractor is failing to build on almost all
architectures because of your build-conflicts with gcc-3.3:

=2E2-3&stamp=3D1122997823&file=3Dlog>

I can't imagine any sane reason why you should need to build-conflict
against a version of the compiler. It certainly isn't warranted for any
package that properly uses "gcc" and "g++" as the names when invoking the
compiler. If your package's build rules are for some reason trying to
invoke "g++-3.3" when present, you should fix *that*, not add a spurious
build-conflict.

Because this bug causes the package to fail to build, it is a serious bug.

Thanks,
