I discovered yesterday that piuparts already detected the installation error. The log from that test is available from <URL: http://piuparts.debian.org/sid/fail/clvm_2.02.51-4.log >.
clvm depend on cman to work, and the bug in the redhat-cluster package is reported as #541980. I've uploaded an NMU to fix it yesterday, to the 2 day delayed queue.
