This is caused by an update of vamp-plugin-sdk from 1.3 to 2.1 last week. The header files have been moved, and we'd been patching the ardour source to match the 1.3 location. I'll remove the corresponding patch (110_vamp.patch) from ardour and specify a version dependency for vamp-plugin-sdk (>= 2.1). That'll fix the bug.
