This package only FTBFS using the version of
libglobus-gridftp-server-control-dev in unstable (0.40) because that
package has a dependency on a package in the NEW queue.

This package builds fine with the version of
libglobus-gridftp-server-control-dev in testing (0.36) as can be seen
from all the buildd logs for the other architectures.

So this failure is not really release critical.
