This bug is fixed in version 1.3.2-3:
mailto (1.3.2-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Disable included version of getline() since it is unused and produce
an FTBFS (closes: Bug#551449)
* Don't use '0' flag used with '%p' gnu_printf format [mailto.c]
