I would suggest you to ask the release team for their opinion and if they share it tag the bug with "squeeze sid" so that the BTS doesn't think lenny is affected. That will make the bug in the end being able to get archived and disappear from both your radar and mine of trying to clean up stable release-critical bugs. ;)
