In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:
* etoys.in: use squeakvm in lib rather than /usr/bin/squeakvm, which no
longer exists. (LP: #561332, #301190)

You can experience the bug by attempting to run the following on an
up-to-date Debian sid:

# /usr/games/etoys
