Hi Alexander, Hi Thorsten!

I've now added myself to Uploaders. The interdiff between the Ubuntu
version and my version is attached. Most content of the interdiff is the
file debian/clean, which lists files that are not properly removed when
the clean target is executed. It seems that the Makefiles' clean target
is not recursively called, only the clean target in the package's root
is executed. I think we can fix this in a later upload. debian/clean
should suffice for now, I've tested this on i386 and amd64. (I first
thought that the problem is caused by the tarball, but this is not true)

I've also added fixes for all but 1 lintian warnings (see changelog).
The missing fix is the fix for the missing copyright holder line.

I consider the package now ready for upload. Thorsten, please review my
changes and upload the package if you are happy with my changes.
