Severity: grave

Dictionaries for KSocrat come from Socrat dictionaries copyrighted by
ARS Soft. These guys allowed author of KSocrat, Alexandr Zavolzhsky,
to distribute them with KSocrat only, however all other restrictions
are kept. You cannot modify them and so on. I ask you to move this
package to non-free.
