I could not reproduce this bug with the current version of qtiplot. To test it, I used a debootstrapped sid installation.
I entered two time series, started the fit wizard, I could close all the plugin windows and get the corresponding graphic. There is no segmentation fault for me. $ aptitude versions qtiplot i 0.9.7.14-1+b1 unstable 500 Could you please try to reproduce this bug with the current version of the package.
