When I go to Tools -> Online Banking Setup..., gnucash tries to start
qt3-wizard from aqbanking. I get the following error message:
| The external program "AqBanking Setup Wizard" has not been found.
| The aqbanking package should include the program "qt3-wizard". Please check
your installation to ensure this program is present. On some distributions
this may require installing additional packages.
However, in Debian the program is in the libaqbanking29-plugins-qt
package. I suggest you build gnucash with the option
--with-qt3-wizard-package=libaqbanking29-plugins-qt
