The automated testing of Lucas Nussbaum has unveiled that
a non-interactive upgrade fails from version 1.21-5.1 (in
Lenny) to the present version, due to a debconf error [1].
Also the init dependency calculation needs a correction,
at least the `$named' entry must be removed from "Required-*".
