Package: mcabber
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source
mcabber missing libtool, libloudmouth1-0 and libloudmouth1-dev as build
dependency. If I do not have these packages installed, I cannot build mcabber.

Actually, mcabber _does_ have a Build-Depends on libloudmouth1-dev. You
don't mention which version of mcabber you are refering to, and given
that the buildd network is able to autobuild the package (and I'm
building the package with cowbuilder in a clean chroot all of the times)
I fail to see what you could refer to.
Given that you haven't attached a build log I am unable to help you
along neither and thus are closing this bugreport.
If you are able to reproduce your issue and have a build log that can
be looked at, feel free to reopen the bugreport or file a new one and
attach further information to it.
Thanks,
Rhonda
