You do not start directly, and it is necessary to start with init.d,
because pyscrabble-server is a daemon program.
However, it is not preferable to be finished by an error.
The program had better check uid and gid, I think.
And it is not written in README.Debian about the start method of daemon.
I think that I had better write these.
