As you can see at [1] there are several. I tried this on my phone[2][3]
which also runs Debian armel and found that compiling libicns without
optimisation and with debug symbols, it extracted the file fine.
Compiling it with -O2 and with debug symbols it didn't extract fine. So
this is probably a compiler optimisation issue on armel at least.
Please let me know what tests you would like run.
