As PSPP's upstream maintainer, I agree. I applied this
patch to PSPP's "stable" branch back in December.

Because it's the *only* commit on "stable" past the 0.6.2
release, I haven't released a 0.6.3. (But I could, if it would
make anyone's job easier.)
