I had held off until the sarge release to do anything about replacing powerstatd with powerstatd-crypt. I have a bug in my new defconf script which hangs the install, and I haven't yet figured it out. But the plan is to remove powstatd-crypt and have it replaced by powstatd. -- Peter S.
