According to current Debian Policy Section 7.7, 4.2 and finally 7.1, maintainers could set up Build-Depends in this form (say, a | b). If this fails on buildd, then the bug should belong to buildd developers but not every related package. I'll remove the non-existing libnotify4-dev from Build-Depends, but it does not deserves an RC severity. As I don't know what behaviour actually buildd software do, so please report to the relevant maintainer if necessary. -- Regards, Aron Xu
