Lintian is complaining about 2 things in the init file:

and
I: strongswan-starter: init.d-script-does-not-provide-itself etc/init.d/ipsec
The attached patch should fix these 2 issues.
PS: I'm not too sure if syslog is used by default, but if so it should
also start/stop $syslog.
